Traditional Green Yuzu Kosho Paste 50g

Yuzu kosho is a chili and yuzu (Japanese citrus) paste. Japanese people like to have it in miso soup or sashimi. It’s an excellent seasoning, it can be used in sauces and marinades, and it perfectly accompanies fish, grilled meat, vegetables, beef tartare. Even outside of Japanese cuisine, it is a star in seasoning cassolettes, tagines and stews. Our hint: add a hint to your guacamole - heavenly!
