Milliat Chardonnay White Grape Juice 20% Reduced Sugar 0.33l

With the 2024 harvest, Alain Milliat introduced a reduced-sugar version of the monovarietal White Chardonnay Grape Juice via their innovative, natural, additive free process to reduce the sweetness of the juice, while preserving its aromatic profile. Once the grapes have been
pressed, the juice is filtered through a vegetable membrane that captures the sugar particles. Then it is blended with a classic Chardonnay grape juice to preserve its aromatic power. This process reduced the sugar content by 20%.
