Maison Perard Guerande Salt with Wild Garlic 150g
Salt is harvested traditionally and naturally, solely by hand in the salt marshes of Guérande. Dried wild garlic is added for a burst of flavour. Use it in risotto dishes, fish and chicken dishes or to make your very own herb butter.
Since 1964 Maison Perard have been salvaging fish and salicornia from their local port at Boulogne-Sur-Mer, on the picturesque Côte d'Opale.The founder, initially only serving the dishes based on his own recipes in his own restaurant, was soon facing a growing demand from the locals, to bottle up his delicacies so that customers can also enjoy them in the comfort of their own home. Still very much artisanal, still a family business, Maison Perard's range of soups, veloutés and other delicacies are now more widely available for the ever growing base of their devotees.
