Lavender honey from Provence, clear, is very fruity and full of flavour. Typically Provençal, its floral and tangy aromas reveal nuances of sweet almond. There is a slight scent of lavender.

La Roumanière was founded in 1981. Located in Provence, at the foot of the Luberon massif, they create, without exaggeration, some of the world's finest jams, honeys and other Provençal delicacies. 

Their jams are made from locally grown fruits wherever possible. No frozen fruits or purees are used, just freshly picked fruits, delivered from the trees straight to the busy hands of La Roumanière's team.
