Kalios Pyramide sea salt flakes black 35g

These pyramidal salt flakes come from the Missolonghi basin, a natural area in the north-west of Greece, and are the result of a rigorous process. Their pyramidal shape is obtained by crystallization under specific temperature and pressure conditions.

Its color is due to the addition of 100% natural squid ink. The squid ink gives a slight salty and iodine taste.

Use as a final touch, like fleur de sel. It crumbles easily between your fingertips to obtain fine salt flakes that melt delicately in the mouth and provide a light, salty and iodized taste.

To sprinkle on your grilled vegetables, rice, pasta and cooked fish or in tartare and ceviche.
