IT Provolone Dolce Classico GUF *200g*

Provolone is famous for its stringy paste, typical of southern Italy. It was introduced to Lombardy in the first half of the eighteenth century by Neapolitan cheese makers. It is a cheese produced in a great variety of formats as well as seasoning varieties. Dolce Classico has a compact paste with light yellow colour and has been matured for at least one month.
