Extra mature Parmigiano with its characteristic deep flavour, nutty notes, and crystal texture, from the mountain and hilly pastures near town of Bra, this Italian cheese has been produced by the five generations of Cravero family since 1855. Excellent for nibbling, irreplaceable when cooking pasta and risotto dishes. Make sure to use the rind to enhance the flavour of sauces or soups. Just toss the rind in the cooking pan, and remove it once the dish is ready.
