Originating in a chalky mountain of Aveyron and, since then, the only cheese matured in the natural cellars of the commune of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon. Exclusively made from unpasteurised sheep's milk. Powerful flavours, smooth and oozing texture. Always good to have some of the biggest blues in the world!
