FR Pave du Quercy 150g XAV

A rectangular shaped beauty of unpasteurised goat's milk with a natural bloomy rind. Exceptionally tender when fresh inside and out. As it ripens, its sking becomes a bit thicker and gains some nice hues but the paste remains soft. Definitely worth a try with a glass of dry white wine.
