Farmhouse cheese from unpasteurised sheep milk with amouldy rind. Ovalie comes from the region of the same name. Fresh and with pronounced lactic accents of sheep, it is nonetheless a mild cheese that seems to come straight out of the heat of the stable. Creamy structure which never stops ripening with time.
