A pure farm cheese of the Béarn sheep. In the west of the Pyrenees, the production of sheep's milk cheese is ancestral. This is where Ossau was born. Firm and rich, an exceptional cheese. Made from unpasteurised sheep milk, has a raw pressed dough. Full of rich, deep lactic flavours with an extended aroma.
