FR Laguiole Cussonne XAV *200g*

Laguiole has a thick, greyish-orange and natural rind beneath which lies a straw-coloured supple and firm pate. About as close to cheddar as you'll get in France, the acidity from the paste is typical of this cheese. Extra funky, full flavoured and very complex, this hard cheese is not for the faint hearted.
