Creamy, soft goat cheese with a natural rind. A typical goaty flavour, with the subtle scents of Provence. Wrapped in brandy soaked chestnut leaves, tied “skin to skin” to the cheese by raffia ties. The result is a cheese with a personality, releasing in its lactic aromas, to become more and more woody with maturing.
