A jar, ready to use to prepare the most fragrant saffron risotto: Carnaroli rice with herbs and saffron.


Melt a knob of butter in a pan, add the rice and toast it for a minute, stirring. Add half a glass of wine (or water) and let it evaporate. Cover the rice with boiling broth, and stir it from time to time. When necessary, add hot broth. Stir and serve immediately at the end of cooking. Cooking time: 16 minutes.
