CH Gruyere AOC Extra Mature FCC

Gruyere is one of the most famous Swiss cheeses. It is made from cow's milk and has a nutty, slightly sweet taste with complex musty and mushroomy notes. Gruyere is sweet but slightly salty, with a flavour that varies widely with age. This is a deep, rich-flavoured extra mature vintage.
