Calasparra Round Paella Rice DOP 1kg

Grown in Calasparra of Murcia, this crop is the cross of balilla and sollana varieties. The idea behind the very specific cultivation was to take up the largest ratio of its own weight possible in liquid. Count with about 2.5 times its weight in liquid. Known as the greatest paella rice of the world, we recommend cooking it with broth or stock, and of course colouring it with saffron.
