An assortment of three Provençal Aperitif crackers: 
Croquets with Nyons AOP olives
Croquets with Provence tomatoes & Espelette pepper AOP 
and Croquets with pistou (Provencal pesto) & parmesan AOP.
 
Contains a 50g pack of each of the three.
 
Made almost exclusively from flavourful ingredients grown locally in Provence.
 
Lovely with a glass of rosé or even a cold beer, as well as fresh cow and goat cheese as well as vegetable dips.
 
Croquets Olives de Nyons AOP are made with whole almonds and 26% Nyons AOP olives. This little local treasure comes from a small producer located 14km from the factory, all of its cultivation is under the Organic Agriculture label in order to guarantee quality olives. 
Croquets with Provence tomatoes & Espelette pepper: this subtly spicy flavour combination is typical of the southwest.
Croquets with pistou & parmesan AOP is a tasty blend of a typical Provençal recipe based on basil and a traditional Italian cheese: parmesan. 

All these croquet recipes are prepared by the BDP's pastry chefs with a supply of noble ingredients 100% of natural origin, as much as possible from local production, without any additives, artificial flavours, palm oil or preservatives!

Nyons AOP olive croquets: WHEAT flour from Drôme, black Nyons AOP olives 26%, free-range EGGS, ALMONDS 9%, sugar, whole MILK, salt, baking powder (WHEAT starch, bicarbonate sodium, monopotassium tartrate). 
Croquets with tomatoes & Espelette pepper AOP: WHEAT flour from Drôme, tomatoes from Provence 27%, free-range EGGS, MILK,  ALMONDS, EINKORN FLOUR from Mont Ventoux, sugar,  PARMESAN AOP, extra virgin olive oil, salt, onions, black olives 3%, Modena PGI balsamic vinegar, garlic, Espelette pepper PDO 0.2%, coriander, rosemary, thyme, pepper, baking powder (WHEAT starch, sodium bicarbonate, monopotassium tartrate). 
Croquets with pesto & parmesan AOP: WHEAT flour from Drôme, MILK, basil from Provence 17%, pesto 14% (Basil from Provence 63%, sunflower oil, olive oil, garlic, PARMESAN AOP 3%, PINE NUTS, salt, lemon juice, pepper),  free-range EGGS, ALMONDS 7%, PDO PARMESAN 9%,  EINKORN FLOUR from Mont Ventoux, sugar, salt, garlic, pepper, baking powder (WHEAT starch, sodium bicarbonate, monopotassium tartrate).
