Smooth and sweet, this honey is made with robinia flowers. Albert Ménès has selected a French small batch craft honey. This spring honey, with its very light, radiant colour, has a soft texture, a smooth, discreet perfume and a subtle, sweet taste reminiscent of  robinia flower. Its fructose content is higher than that of other honeys, giving acacia honey great sweetening power.
