Albert Menes Palet Solognot Biscuits with Rum and Raisins 110g
Palet Solognot biscuits from the Sologne Region, made according to an old family recipe from the Loire Valley. Careful selection of the ingredients, the use of a slow mixer to avoid over-working the dough, and rigorously controlled baking process are the key. The biscuits are packed with rum-infused raisins.
Best with tea or coffee, but we suggest to try them with ice cream!
- WHEAT flour, sugar, concentrated BUTTER, Sultanas (15.9%) (Sultanas 99.5%, (non-hydrogenated cottonseed oil (0.5%)) macerated in rum (0.32%), EGGS, BAKING POWDER (disodium diphosphate, baking soda, WHEAT flour), salt.
