Alain Milliat offers a range of three different peach nectars: white peach, vineyard peach and this yellow peach nectar. The yellow peach is the pulpiest of the three, exceptionally fresh, naturally sweet and aromatic. In order to maximise flavour and aroma, Alain Milliat opts for varieties with a late August harvest meaning slower ripening, and benefit from better temperature conditions.
