White peach typically yields a chalk-coloured nectar, with pulpy texture and powerful aroma. Depending on the harvest, its hue may lean towards pink. It is indeed a white peach, but the flesh adheres to the pit in an exceptionally deep colour. 

White peach nectar is very limited because this variety of peach is more rare.

Great in a Bellini cocktail and many many other cocktails and mocktails. Also works well in Peach Melba recipes.
