Sengana strawberries are small-medium sized berries with an incredibly intense flavour, and a relatively low juice ratio. This vibrant red jam with pieces of strawberries and caramelised aromas pay a delicious homage to summers on the farm.
We at Culinaris have been working with Alain Milliat for twenty years. Alain Milliat was founded in 1997. Originally building its success with fine-dining restaurants in France, they gradually attracted the attention of the greatest chefs, grocers, and hotel managers. Through an uncompromising selection of raw materials, Alain personally sources the fruits from groups of farmers practicing sustainable, organic, or zero-residue farming. The production takes place in Valence, in the Drôme region of France.
