Alain Milliat's Morello cherry extra jam delivers an enchanting balance of the tartness of the sour cherries, and the sweetness of a jam. Morello cherries do not completely absorb the sweetness of the sugar, and therefore reveal a pleasant contrast. The jam has a slightly jellied texture with pieces of cherries, its aromas are of very ripe fruit and its slight acidity. A favourite with toasted brioche and croissant!

Originally building its success with fine-dining restaurants in France, they gradually attracted the attention of the greatest chefs, grocers, and hotel managers. The production takes place in Valence, in the Drôme region of France.
