Originally building its success with fine-dining restaurants in France, they gradually attracted the attention of the greatest chefs, grocers, and hotel managers. Through an uncompromising selection of raw materials, Alain personally sources the fruits from groups of farmers practicing sustainable, organic, or zero-residue farming. The production takes place in Valence, in the Drôme region of France.
