Zotter White Nougat with Pistachios & Nuts 70g

A layer of white nougat over salted pistachios and hazelnuts, covered in dark milk chocolate

White nougat is a genuine delicacy, and its creation requires significant skill and know-how. Zotter is of course more than up to the task and carefully mixes honey-sweetened whipped egg whites with chopped pistachios and hazelnuts. Underneath is a layer of their house-made almond praline. The layers are covered with an intense dark milk chocolate shell with a 60% cocoa content.
