Zotter Whisky, Caramel, Pecan 70g

Dark chocolate 70% filled with whisky caramel ganache and pecan praline

The soul food chocolate, inspired by the popular American pecan pie. Upper layer: a delicious pecan praline enriched with lots of little bits of pecan nuts caramelised in maple sugar. Bottom layer: a whisky ganache created from a sweet caramel couverture and some Styrian whisky. Covered all over in dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content.
