The bottom layer is a tender-melting milk chocolate ganache made with cacao from Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. At the top there is an exciting cashew praline layer with spicy, lemony timut pepper, bits of passion fruit and crispy caramel flakes with cumeo grapefruit pepper. Cumeo is an extraordinary pepper from the Himalayas, also known as grapefruit pepper due to its singularly intense grapefruit, lemon and lime flavour, which makes it a very popular ingredient with Michelin star chefs. Finally, the bar is covered in dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.
