Zotter Saffron & Pistachio 70g

Milk chocolate filled with pistachio marzipan and saffron

 

A saffron ganache with a gorgeous striking vibrant yellow hue, is created from threads in the flowers of the crocus saffron, the most expensive spice in the world. It is spread onto Zotter's house-made pistachio marzipan, and covered not once but twice in milk chocolate with a 40% of cocoa content.
