The caramelised poppy seeds pop and crackle in a delicious almond praline layer. Underneath this layer there is a pink sour cherry filling with preserved cherries, a cherry couverture, some soft marzipan and a touch of vanilla. It’s all covered in a milk chocolate with a powerful 50% cacao content. A very happy pairing!
