Zotter Pink Grapefruit 70g

A vibrant pink grapefruit ganache covered in two layers of chocolate

 

Pink & fresh: an invigorating, soft pink grapefruit filling created with fresh grapefruit pulp, white chocolate and a dash of lime juice. Some raspberry couverture added further enhances the bright pink hue. The bar is first covered in a coat of fruity passion fruit couverture, and finally enveloped in a milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.
