A dark chocolate shell filled with layered caramel ganache, and peanut praline with caramelised peanuts

On the bottom layer we have whole caramelised peanuts in Zotter's house-made peanut praline, perfected with a bit of white chocolate. On top of that as the upper layer, it is a caramel ganache created from a sublime caramel couverture, and caramelised almonds turned into a praline. It’s covered in dark chocolate with a classic 70% cacao content.
