Zotter Ostrich Eggnog 70g

Extra dark milk chocolate with a 60% cocoa content, filled with ostrich egg liqueur ganache

Zotter looks after their own livestock on their organic farm in Riegersburg. They make a homemade egg liqueur from the large dinosaur-like, organic ostrich eggs in-house, which flows into a ganache made from white chocolate, almond nougat and a hint of fresh ginger. It is then covered in dark milk chocolate boasting a 60% cocoa content.
