Top layer: orange marzipan (20%), middle layer: orange jelly (22%) bottom layer: boozy orange liqueur ganache (15%).

 

Intense, rich and citrusy in a perfect balance. Not too sweet, and not bitter the least bit. The combination of the three textures works just wonderful. An absolute masterpiece by Zotter.
