Gooey orange caramel and an almond-coconut-orange ganache covered in a coconut & dark chocolate shell

A sunny, fruity, caramel-y treat for passionate snackers: a layer of butter caramel enhanced with orange juice and orange oil, atop a homemade almond praline elevated with crispy-crunchy caramelised coconut flakes and fruity bits of orange. The creation is then dipped in a dark coconut couverture. A triple-fruity heaven.
