Hazelnut, cashew and almond chocolate

A delicious ode to nuts. A tender-melting hazelnut praline made from lots of dark roasted hazelnuts and pure cocoa butter, enhanced with bits of roasted cashews, almonds and hazelnuts. Then all this nuttyness is further elevated by a hint of cinnamon and Bourbon vanilla. It’s covered first in a thin milk chocolate layer, and finally enveloped in a dark, high-percentage milk chocolate with a full-bodied 60% cacao content.

It was crowned the winner of the Austrian organic magazine, Schrot & Korn’s nut chocolate tasting, as the most delicious nut chocolate of hundreds of entries.
