A mulled wine ganache covered in milk chocolate coating made of mountain milk from Tyrolean mountain farmers. The ganache is made from red wine from Schönberger (Burgenland/Austria) by the winemaker who used to play in the legendary Austrian music band EAV (Erste Allgemeine Verunsicherung) in the eighties. Notes of cinnamon, cloves and lemon put you into a Christmas mood.
