On the top, a fruity mango layer made with exotic mangos, cashew praline and a dash of lemon. Below that, a chocolate ganache created with a mix of dark and milk chocolates, spiced up with some Bird’s Eye Chilli, and a dash of sugar cane brandy. It’s all covered in dark milk chocolate with 60% cacao content
