100% – you can’t get more cacao than this: a single origin bar that offers your palate the taste of cacao and absolutely nothing else. Made with Peruvian cacao from Cacao de Aroma, toned down to a pleasantly mild aroma by adding lots of cocoa butter. The result is the impression of being an 80% chocolate, even though it’s completely pure, without any added sugar or other ingredients.

Fragrance notes: red berries (raspberries, strawberries), grapes, roasted nuts
Taste notes: pleasantly bitter, fruity notes of grapes and olives, intensely nutty roast aroma, balanced finish similar to red wine.
