Zotter Labooko Colombia 80% 70g

Viva Colombia! This is a dark single-origin chocolate with an 80% cacao content. Lightly sweetened with 10% raw cane sugar and 10% muscovado sugar. It showcases a fascinating Trinitario and Criollo cacao, cultivated by a tiny, female-run cooperative located in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountain region.

Taste notes: mild fructose, a hint of rum, molasses and dried yellow fruit (apricots and pineapple)
