Dark chocolate filled with red wine ganache
A festive red wine buzz but make it vegan: Olivin, the coveted Austrian red, grown in volcanic soil, flows into chocolate ganache as an intense Blue Zweigelt red wine. The ganache was created from dark chocolate and a vegan rice couverture, enhanced with vanilla, and finally covered in dark chocolate, and entirely vegan.
The paper wrapper has a festive shimmering gold effect.
