Freshly roasted and roughly chopped cashews covered in milk chocolate with a 40% cacao content, and enhanced by Zotter's finest in-house made cashew praline along with a subtle pinch of Bourbon pepper. This one is called the champagne of pepper varieties, and it lends the chocolate a mild tingle, just like genuine champagne.
