Vanilla ganache & almond praline chocolate

Milk chocolate filled with a layer of almond praline (20%) with almond brittle (2%) and vanilla ganache (40%)

Top: a sublime vanilla layer created with fair trade, genuine vanilla, white chocolate, cream and milk. Bottom: an almond praline layer with crispy almond brittle. What makes this chocolate so very pleasant is the intense flavour of Bourbon vanilla. In our opinion it's like a floating island dessert in the form of a chocolate bar.
