Zotter Cheese Chocolate 70g

A soft cheese ganache covered in a dark milk chocolate with a 60% cocoa content - the best of both sweet and salty worlds

An old classic from Zotter is making its well-anticipated comeback. A sweet yet very cheese-y ganache created from cream cheese made by the organic raw milk cheese dairy Deutschmann of Austria, enhanced with a bit of apple cider vinegar, almond praline and white chocolate. It’s dipped in milk chocolate with a high, 60% cocoa content. In my opinion, the rule is that if anyone can combine the world's two best things, cheese and chocolate, they absolutely should! To provide further proof of its excellence, it was Julia Zotter’s favourite chocolate as a child:)
