Hofbauer’s smoked carp caviar doesn’t quite pop like traditional caviar, but it is rich in umami, smoked and salty notes, especially when combined with white chocolate, in the top layer of this chocolate bar. In the middle lies a fruity red jelly made from strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. The bottom layer is an almond praline with caramelised Waldviertel blue poppy seeds. It is a must-try for everyone with a decent level of chocolate-curiousity...
