Zotter Caramel + Lemon 70g

A fruity caramel chocolate: the upper layer is a classic soft caramel, churned with butter and otherworldly delicious. The bottom layer is an almond praline with lots of cheeky, crispy bits of lemon. An exciting creation, covered in Zotter's house-made, candy-sweet, caramelly couverture.

In our opinion this chocolate is the absolute perfection when it comes to combining sweet and sour. Highly (we repeat: highly) addictive. Hiding away whilst devouring it is recommended.
