Milk chocolate 50% with brown butter ganache
A super soft toffee filling of brown butter, made by caramelising butter and milk powder without adding any additional sugar, and turning it into a brown butter couverture. Combined with caramel couverture, liquid brown butter, honey and milk, the result is caramelly-soft toffee layers, covered with milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.
