Yes, you read it right... One of Zotter's most insane flavour ideas to this date (and their own internal competition is stiff!).

 

Zotter has an organic farm where the idea is that every little bit of the livestock must be utilised, and none should be wasted. As they raise pigs for their meat all organically, the idea was to also use the pigs' brain in a safe and sustainable fashion. Well, they sure went to town...

 

If you fill a gap, go big: the bottom layer is made by mixing caramelised pig’s brain and homemade eggnog with Pear Brandy, with a nutty upper layer of hazelnut praline, with finely chopped cashews, hazelnuts and almonds added. This ultimate "brain food" (sic!) is covered in milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.
