Zotter Blackberries 70g

A very berry feast: a creamy dark purple blackberry ganache made from freshly picked lush and plump blackberries, refined with a drizzle of lemon to further enhance their rich flavour. The fruity ganache is then framed with a wafer-thin layer of white chocolate, and finally covered in milk chocolate with a 40% cocoa content.

We LOVE blackberries but barely any chocolate makers use them, let alone to their full potential. Thanks to Zotter, for bringing out the best of them!
