Physalis or ground cherries are native and mostly grown in Mexico, Colombia and India. It's known for its delicious exotic flavour which slightly resembles pineapple. Zotter dried these round shaped fruits and covered the flavour bomb berries in a refreshing lemon couverture. It's a very refreshing snack as the zing of the physalis is brought out even more by the humble lemon couverture.
