Zotter Bacon Speck-tacle 70g

Bloody delicious: a layer of hazelnut praline with nutty pork cracklings, roasted to a crisp, caramelised magic, over a layer of a raspberry blood ganache made from raspberries, thyme and a few real drops of blood from the pigs at Zotter's Edible Zoo. Zotter don’t want to waste any bits of their animals. Every part is used and appreciated, no matter how big or small. The bar is then coated in milk chocolate with a 60% cacao content, made from Tyrolean milk.
